Do you ever had a time when you knocked your socks off from an embarrassing story of your friend, or laughed a lot that your ribs got tough from a hilarious skit that your classmate did for a graded performance in class? The little moments of giving you a relaxing hiccup from the chest are fragments in time that is memorable, albeit rather humiliating at times.

You had no care of the world when you burst into tears laughing when everyone around you does the same, its that relieving release of happiness and joy that is bound to lift your spirits up from times of stress and frustration.

Though, people would look at you funnily with that closed eyes, wide smile and your mouth wide open releasing that breath of what you’ve ate last time, but your oblivious to it, transported to a world that you cherish for a minute.

“Laughter is the best medicine in the world” Milton Berle once claimed, a famous quote that became the norm of how humor and jokes are meant to be reacted to.

The comedic movies and videos, comedians on the stage releasing their humorous intelligence to the audience, and of course our funny stories, hilarious and embarrassing moments are the medicinal herbs we needed through this retched progression of reality we call life.

Every day in our lives, it’s an inevitable tragedy to encounter frustrations and stress. The countless experiences of headaches, mental exhaustion, and physical fatigue are the moments in our life that makes this journey sometimes horrible, a feeling that we just want to get out by any means possible.

It’s mysterious how these rhythmical audible contractions of our diaphragm makes us happy, a peculiar scientific feature of ourselves that connects these oddities to our mental state.The tandem of our happiness and laughter, emotionally alleviates the problems we frustrate ourselves in our lives and makes us feel motivated and cleanse our state of mind to be ready to face reality again.

Whenever I have a hefty tasks to do in school, problems in my life that will be difficult to resolve or just the confusing hardships that the world itself brought down upon me, I traveled to the dimension of euphoria through laughter and comedy and eventually come back, prepared to know what reality to face.

However, I am aware that the euphoria I’ll feel will be ephemeral, but that’s the reality we have to accept.

These escapes through the roller coaster of life, are moments we have to come back to remember to ourselves that happiness is real, and there will never be a time when sadness will overcome our emotion through the tribulations we face.

Breathe in and breath out, put on your ear phones, watch videos, read hilarious posts and cherish the little moment you have before going back to the warzone.

There are plentiful of these nowadays to the point where it’s almost everywhere, so you can craft a lot of these medicine in your disposal, take the benefit and use it to your advantage, because its one heck of a war you’ll fight for a long time.
